1. Platform Nature & Limitations

Gaming Marketplace ("we", "our", "platform") is a neutral marketplace platform that allows users to list and discover gaming items. We are NOT:

• A seller of any items
• A payment processor
• A guarantor of transactions
• Responsible for user conduct
• Able to verify item authenticity
• Able to resolve disputes

2. User Responsibilities

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that YOU are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the legitimacy of other users before transacting
• Ensuring the accuracy of your listings
• Completing transactions honestly
• Using secure payment methods
• Resolving disputes directly with other users
• Complying with all applicable laws

3. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• Any guarantee that transactions will be completed
• Any warranty about user reliability
• Any promise of item authenticity or quality
• Any assurance of payment security

4. Assumption of Risk

YOU USE THIS PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for:

• Lost money from scams or fraud
• Non-delivery of items
• Misrepresented items
• Payment disputes
• Any damages arising from platform use

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Scam or defraud other users
• List illegal or stolen items
• Misrepresent items or themselves
• Harass or threaten other users
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to hold the platform liable for user actions

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAMING MARKETPLACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaming Marketplace, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

8. Reporting & Enforcement

While we provide a reporting system, we are not obligated to investigate reports or take action. We may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove listings
• Ban users
• Refuse service
• Cooperate with law enforcement

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use this platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator resides.
